Recommended Items:

  • disinfectant or cleaning spray

  • Under Armour long sleeve shirt and leggings

  • A balaclava

  • Detergent and fabric softener

  • A slicker brush

Once you have received your product, it is ready to wear! Here are some things to keep in mind wearing any product.

How to put on:

When wearing a suit, it is recommended that you wear under armor or anything like lycra material to prevent your suit from getting too dirty. You will then start by putting on the bodysuit first. If the tail is detachable, you will want to make sure the tail is in the right position before putting the bodysuit on all the way. Once the bodysuit feels like it’s on comfortably, you will want to put on the feet next. After both feet are on, the head will be next. And last but not least, the hand paws. Now that you have on the suit completely, you are ready to walk around as your fuzzy self! When you are ready to take them off, you can take them off any order

How to clean:

  • Bodysuit: You will want to turn the bodysuit inside-out after use to make sure everywhere is thoroughly cleaned. It can be hand-washed or machine-washed. In the machine, you can wash on cool and delicate. Before putting in the suit, you will want to put the detergent in the machine. This will make sure that the colors won’t fade. Upon being washed, you will want to leave it in a nicely circulated room so it can air dry. And brush frequently so it dries nice and fluffy.

  • Paws: Paws can be machine-washed or hand-washed. It can be washed alongside the bodysuit with the same previous settings. Paws can be air-dried or machine-dried. When drying in the machine, there should be NO heat. You will want to tumble dry. Drying with heat will mess up the fur fibers and will permanently destroy your suit.

  • Tails and feet: Small detachable tails can be washed under the same condition as the bodysuit and paws. Bigger and longer tails can be machine-washed, but I would recommend hand-washing or spot cleaning. You can use cool water to get into the dirtiest areas. The same goes for the feet. You can use a cloth towel or a toothbrush to get into the small spot on the tail and feet. You want to make sure the bottoms of the feet are thoroughly cleaned. To absorb the water from the tail and feet, you can use a wet and dry vacuum to suck up the water.

.

  • Heads: For the head, you want to make sure the eyes are covered as an extra precaution. The head should be hand-washed. You can spot clean, disinfect, or thoroughly clean the head. Cool water should be used with very light amounts of soap. Once thoroughly cleaned, the water can be absorbed through a wet and dry vacuum. Upon completion of removing water, you should sit the head in front of a fan to help assist in the drying process.

  • Padding: Padding can be washed separately or with the bodysuit. You can wash it as if it’s a regular pillow. For suits with attached padding, you will be able to remove the stuffing and it can be washed with the rest of the bodysuit.

When preparing to wear your suit, you should always make sure your body is well taken care of.

Helpful tips:

  • When suiting, always take regular breaks and drink plenty of water!

  • Always eat a proper meal so you don’t feel malnourished.

  • Keep a fan on you! It will definitely get hot after a while of suiting.

  • Make sure you have a handler, you may need help with something you can’t do on your own.

  • Have signals for times that may be too loud and you can’t be heard.

  • And always have fun!
