“The Artist” refers to me {Dev, @EuphoricFurs}

“The Client” refers to the commissioner

 

• You must be 18 or older to commission me. You will be required to show your ID proving your age. If it is found that you are not 18 during the production of your commission, it will be terminated and you will NOT receive a refund.

 

• Please know that I do own dogs and a cat that has access to my workspace. I do try to keep it as clean as possible and remove as much fur as I can before shipping. If you are allergic to any type of pet fur, then you may want to seek another maker.

 

• I do not support and will not support AI generated art. You will be disregarded and blacklisted if you come to me with AI art.

 

• All suits are unique and special, but be understanding when The Artist isn't able to include all suit requests. (Ex: Having fans in difficult locations; having LEDs all over.)

 

• If possible, please have more than one means of communication (examples include: messenger app, emails, and or phone/text message) to assure that we are able to communicate as needed. Failure to respond to a message from me for more than 14 days will be considered as abandonment of your commission. 

 

Artist’s Rights

 

• The Artist reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund a client’s commission at any time for any reason. This includes, but isn’t limited to:
  - Supporting zoophilia, pedophilia
  - Harassment
  - Homophobia/Transphobia/Bigotry/Racism
  - The Artist is not required to share the reason for refusing, canceling, or refunding a client.

 

• Unless requested otherwise, The Artist reserves the right to upload or share work that has been produced.

 

• To ensure that The Artist’s products won’t be mass produced, I will only make suits with characters created by the client or a reference purchased from another artist with proof of purchase.

 

• The artist has the right to change, alter, or update their terms of service.

 

• Communication is important throughout the entire commission process. It plays a key part in the completion of all commissions. I will respond to all client inquiries and concerns as soon as possible and I expect the same in return.

 

Buyer’s Rights

 

• The client does have the right to ask for updates, work in progress photos, modifications and fixes to their commission.

 

• The client has the right to cancel their commission at any time. A refund is determined by the amount of work done and not done. If work is more than 80% done, a refund will not be given.

 

• The client has the right to contact the artist at any time.
   

How to Commission / Quotes

 

• You must be 18 or older to commission me. You will be required to show your ID proving your age. If it is found that you are not 18 during the production of your commission, it will be terminated and you will NOT receive a refund.

 

• My quote form can be accessed here. 

 

• Quotes are valid for six (6) months. After 6 months, a new quoted price will be given. It may be the same or different.

 

• A front and back or 3 point-view reference sheet is required with no shading. It will need to be clear and high resolution.

 

• Once commissions are opened, you may submit a new request.

 

• If commissioning a fullsuit, a DTD (duct tape dummy) is required. Measurements can be used, but there will be an additional charge.

 

• Once your DTD is complete, please send it taped back together.

 

Turn Around Time
 

• My turn around time is heavily dependent on your commission, but can average between 1-6 months depending on the type of commission.
   

• No work will be done after a certain point if no communication is made. You are more than welcome to ask about progress if you haven’t heard from the artist. You will be informed and updated even if not much work has been done.
   

• Things that can delay production:
  - Lack of communication
  - Delayed payments
  - Frequent design changes
  - No DTD 

 

Payments and Refunds

 

• All prices are in USD ($).

• The current methods of payment being accepted are PayPal, Stripe, Zelle, and CashApp. For international commissions, PayPal or Stripe is preferred.

 

• Once your commission is confirmed, a 30%-50% non-refundable down payment is required. This is to be paid within 72 hours. If the deposit is not paid within that time frame, the slot will be canceled and will be given to another client.

 

• The production of the commission will be started after 50% has been paid. 

 

• If you would like to withdraw from the commission at any time, please let us know and we will give you a refund, minus the 30% deposit, accordingly.
   

- Materials are ordered: 50%

- Work has been started: 30%

- Fur has been cut: 0%

 

• A 7% tax will be added to each payment made.

 

• If The Client withdraws their commission within 30 days before work has been done, a partial refund will be given.

 

• If you miss a payment by more than 14 days, your commission will be deemed abandoned and will be terminated. No refund will be given. All parts made will be modified and resold.

 

• Once a commission is deemed abandoned a refund will not be made.

Shipping

 

• The price for shipping will be given once a commission has been completed.

 

• Clients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by their country.

 

Warranties

 

• If there is an issue with the suit within 30 days of arrival that was due to The Artist’s craftsmanship, The Artist will repair it but you must pay the shipping fee to and from The Artist’s location. All SFW (Safe-For-Work) commissions will have a 30-day warranty upon delivery. For hygienic reasons, Not-Safe-For-Work commissions with SPH (Special placed hole) will not have a warranty.

 

• Once you have read through all of my Terms of Service, please include the word “Turtledove” in your email or DM Messages to prove that you’ve read all of my Terms of Services.
   

Can Do

• I WILL add extra room for glasses upon request.

• I WILL make magnetic accessories such as eyelids or hair.

• I WILL include badges.

• I WILL send swatches of fur upon request.

• I WILL make adult suits. (Proof of age WILL be required.)

• I WILL work with simple eye LEDs.

 

Won’t do

• I WILL NOT ship out products pieces one-by-one upon completion (EX: Shipping out paws then feet one after the other).
  I WILL NOT work with minors.

• I WILL NOT comp shipping or fees for any reason.

• I WILL NOT work with deadlines. A rush fee of 30% will be added if the commission is wanted sooner.

• I WILL NOT work complex LEDs until more practice has been done.
